I am Garry Peacock and I am the owner of Renegade Barber Shop. Thanks for following my progress in my new diet that I have started. Actually it is more than just a diet as I am on a path to try and live a more healthy life. Quiting smoking too. I recently had a cloted artery repaired and I was informed that I need to get my cholesterol, weight and blood pressure under control. After searching for a product that could help me reach my goals I decided on Body By Vi. I will update my progress here.  I will also be  adding some pictures of my progress soon too but first I got some weight to lose. Wish me Luck.
